Providing legal support to companies and public sector entities has allowed us to gain over fifteen-year-long professional experience. We pride ourselves on addictional qualifications in the fields of: management, venture or projects’ execution, including co – financed by foreign and UE sources, as well as financial and economic competences. The capability of combining different practice areas allow us to approach analised legal problems in an interdisciplinary and multi aspect way. We cooperate on the basis of individually agreed contracts.

The payment options are as below:

• based on an hourly rate of pay, in which the final enumeration is a product of time spent for case and agreed hourly rate of pay, nevertheless at the end of each billing cycle the Client is previously given with a list of provided services, which enables to control and verify of expenses for legal services
• based on a fixed fee, which is a fee agreed in advance for legal service to be provided,
• based on a subscription fee, which is an amount agreed in advance for a limited time to be spent by lawyers for legal services (the so-called budget of hours) and which is settled regulary in each billing cycle
• settled in the form of lump-sum, which is a fee agreed in advance and settled regulary in each billing cycle irrespective of number of action and/or lawyers to be engaged to provide legal services
• success fee which is as an additional fee set in the adjudged amount by court in its sentence for professional representation during proceedings or, alternatively, as a fraction of the main amount adjudged by court in its sentence

When setting the payment option with Clients we are flexible and open to Clients’ needs and capabilities.
