He has completed administrative studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of The University of Wrocław. In his practice he focuses on tax, financial accounting and administrative issues for entrepreneus. Jarosław provides services in the scope of creation, development, restructure or reorganisation of companies and holding structures, as well as in the scope of creation and development of innovative or research-and-development business vehicles, and in the field of complex tax issues. His over fifteen-year-long experience has been gained during services provided to both national and transnational business structures, including managing of such units as their CEO or acting as other parties in different company’s bodies. Jarosław has a wide experience in solving tax problems and legal aspects in accounting or financial areas, including international problems and double taxation issues.
