A graduate in economics at Wrocław University of Economics and Business as well as postgraduate of public procurement law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of The University of Wrocław. She has completed numerous of courses and trainings on public procurement and administrative law. She is an expert in public procurement both in national and international scale. Małgorzata has professional sills in planning, performing and managing of undertakings or business  financed from public sources. She is professionally engaged in planning, projecting and carring out of biddings related to acquisition of goods and services in line with European Union law. She has broad experience in preparation of project documents for biddings, which has been gained during cooperation with local government units, housing cooperatives, health resorts, municipal units, beneficiaries of European Union’s suport programmes and region development agencies. Clients are being assisted and adviced by her in the fields of pubic procurement, civil and administrative law. Privatelly she is interested in tourism and photography.
